<p align="left"><font size="4"><font color="#339966"> 嫩嫩的艾草摘采回家后，用清澈澄明透着冰凉的井水洗干净后，放到沙盆里用擂浆棍（石榴木）擂碎擂烂，又或者煮熟后擂烂。</font></font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="4"><font color="#339966"> 糯米洗干净用清井水浸泡半天或过一夜，温暖的大手扶着柔软的小手在小石磨上转动，把糯米磨成浆，沉淀后去掉水分，跟擂烂的艾泥和艾汁揉合在一起，白白的米浆粉加上成了深墨绿色的艾泥和艾汁，呈现在眼前的就是一盘鲜嫩欲滴的碧绿大粉团了。</font></font></p>
<p align="left"><font size="4"><font color="#339966"> 把粉团搓成一条后，捏成一小块一小块，再捏成厚厚的皮，在里面包上事先准备好的馅料（我们乡下都是吃甜的，一般是用炒香捣碎的花生和芝麻再加上白蔗糖），放在一片裁剪好的叶子上（芭蕉叶、粽子叶、竹叶、凤眼果叶）上，就可以放到锅里隔水蒸了。 </font></font></p>

<p><font size="4"><font color="#339966">家里没有小石蘑，再省事一点就是直接用糯米粉不蘑米浆了，也不一个一个去搓捏了，直接就蒸成一盘艾糕，吃的时候再切一小片一小片，放平底锅里再稍微煎一下两面就更香了，如果觉得糯米粉粘性太大的话，可以适当加一点点的粘米粉在里面。</font></font></p>

<p><br/><font size="4"><font color="blue"> 去年的清明节，让市场小菜摊的人帮忙找点艾草多天了，昨天六点多终于接到电话：拿到艾草了，快点去取！一个多小时后，赶到市场，小菜摊的人已经走了，把艾草放在了秤上给我留着，我去取的时候旁边卖包子的阿姨就一直盯着我……汗一个！</font></font></p>
<p><font color="#0000ff" size="4"> 晚上快11点，开始了繁琐的工序，因为艾草多也相对较嫩，就干脆全用了（平时多数只用艾汁），所以出来的成品不是脆绿是深墨绿快接近黑色了，成品的卖相不太好，但口感很好，艾味更香浓……</font><br/></p>
