<p> 最近遇事不顺利,做什么都出现阻滞.以下是客户发来的投诉信,事情还在处理当中.</p><p>We have had some problems with the 100mm blue bonded castors you<br/>supplied.<br/>Having manufactured 1000 trolleys for a cash and carry business we fitted<br/>them with the 100mm blue bonded castors. After 2 days the customer has<br/>returned to us saying that the tire has come away from the plastic<br/>centre this has happened on 250of the trolleys so far and we now have to<br/>purchase some castors from the UK and replace all castors. I will send a<br/>number of the wheels in the package for your inspection. Perhaps you<br/>will come back to me on this problem.<br/><br/>The good news is this is our only problem with the consignment and we<br/>will be placing another order for castors in the next few weeks. </p><br/>
<p>俺的回复:</p><p>pleased to know that you are in XX . and expect to see you again next april.</p><p>it is busy time , but will slow down after all Xmas shipment gone.<br/>for the castor samples , please send to our company address.</p><p>and we will start work on the castor plates asap after we recieve it.</p><p>Really regret what happen to the 100m blue bonded wheels.<br/>we will wait for the failed sample to come back for test.<br/>also please send us a photo of the failed castor on the trolley, we will test to identify what went wrong with our procedures.</p><p>WE DO STAND BEHIND WHAT WE SUPPLY.
